No matter what the occasion, be it conferences, seminars, presentations or private celebrations such as baptisms, communions or confirmations, birthdays, weddings or anniversaries, - we will provide the appropriate venue for your special occasion.

In order to facilitate your conference planning we have combined the most important requirements into conference packages, which are listed below.

- Conference equipment: LCD-Projector,
  screen,  flip chart, pen, notepad

- Mineral water "unlimited" in conference room

- Two coffee / tea breaks

- 1 buffet or three-course menu
  including mineral water

 

Conference Package "Comfort"


- Conference Room

- Conference equipment: LCD projector,
  screen,  flip chart, pen, notepad

- Mineral water "unlimited" in conference
  room

- 1 coffee / tea break with fruits and
  yoghurt

- 1 Coffee / tea break mit biscuits / cake

- 1 buffet or three-course menu including:   
  one soft drink or mineral water
  "unlimited"  as well as one cup of
  coffee after the meal

 

  

 

You can book these packages at the following rates. These rates are quoted per person per day (minimum of 10 persons) and include value added tax.
