CologneCologne has undergone many changes in her near 2000 year history. To the first time visitor the Cologne Cathedral will be the most noticeable landmark. The foundation of this remarkable cathedral was laid in 1248 and it took 632 years to reach completion. It is still the largest cathedral in Germany. Next door to the cathedral you will find the Roman-Germanic Museum, one of the most visited museums in Germany, just one of many renowned and interesting museums in Cologne. BonnWhen you think of Bonn, you think of music. A visit to the Beethoven house where Ludwig van Beethoven was born in 1770 is therefore a must to all visitors of this fair city.
